Our approach
INVENIO AI SOLUTIONS designs business automations with privacy, controlled access and data minimisation in mind. For South African deployments, we aim to structure workflows in a POPIA-aware way. This does not mean every deployment is automatically compliant: compliance depends on the client’s actual use case, instructions, providers, policies and configuration.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, submit a website form or use an enabled website assistant, we may process the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, service interest and enquiry context.
Why we use it
- Respond to enquiries and requests.
- Assess business automation needs and prepare a scope or quotation.
- Provide requested services and support.
- Operate approved workflows, notifications or follow-up where configured.
- Protect the website and services from abuse or security threats.
Data minimisation and access
We encourage visitors and clients to share only information necessary for the relevant enquiry or workflow. Access to connected systems should be limited to what the agreed automation needs.
Service providers
Some deployments may use third-party infrastructure, AI, communications, hosting or business-system providers. The specific providers and data flows depend on the solution being implemented and should be assessed for the relevant client use case.
Retention and deletion
Information should not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to operational, contractual and legal requirements.
